Quiet the worry, reconnect with yourself.

Hi, I’m Krista. I’m glad you’re here.

Anxiety is tough. It can make you feel like you’re not enough, like you can’t handle what’s in front of you, or like life is somehow easier for everyone else.

But here’s the truth: Anxiety lies. A lot.

Together, we can explore how anxiety impacts your brain and nervous system, and how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all connected. With the right tools and support, it’s possible to quiet those anxious messages and build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself.

While anxiety is a big part of the work I do, it’s not the only focus. Many of my clients also come to me for help with stress, low self-esteem, trauma, and navigating life transitions. Whatever you’re carrying, therapy can be a space to sort through it with compassion and care.

Services

While anxiety is often what brings people to therapy, it’s rarely the whole story. Many of my clients are navigating multiple layers of stress, pain, and change in their lives. Here are some of the areas I can help with:

  • Anxiety Icon

    Anxiety & Stress

Calming the nervous system, reducing overwhelm, and building confidence in handling life’s challenges.

  • Trauma Icon

    Trauma & Healing

Working gently with past experiences through approaches like EMDR and body-based therapies.

  • Self Esteem Icon

    Self-Esteem & Self-Compassion

Shifting harsh inner critics into kinder, more supportive ways of relating to yourself.

  • Life Transitions Icon

    Life Transitions

Adjusting to big changes such as relationships, career shifts, parenting, or loss.

  • Depression Icon

    Depression & Low Mood

Finding relief from patterns of heaviness, withdrawal, or lack of motivation.

  • Mind Body Connection Icon

    Mind-Body Connection

Learning how your nervous system, thoughts, and emotions are interconnected, and using that knowledge for healing.

Each person’s story is unique, so our work together will always be tailored to your needs, strengths, and goals.
